Eliany Reyes, LCPC
Trauma Therapist Serving Las Vegas & Henderson
I believe you are the expert on your own life and experiences. My role is to support you in making sense of what you’ve been through and help you feel more grounded, understood, and supported as you navigate the challenges that show up today.
In my work with the Las Vegas and Henderson community, I support individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship stress, emotional overwhelm, and the lasting impact of trauma. I specialize in helping adults understand and heal the patterns that developed through childhood trauma, emotional neglect, and difficult life experiences—and continue to affect their anxiety, self-worth, relationships, and emotional well-being.
Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but internally feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, self-doubt, emotional shutdown, or feeling like they’re “too much” or “not enough.” Therapy is a space to slow things down, understand where these patterns come from, and begin to shift them in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
My hope is that therapy helps you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your relationships, and more able to move through life with clarity and self-compassion.
