I provide individual therapy for adults in Nevada (Henderson & Las Vegas), offering both in-person and telehealth sessions.

  • All services are offered through individual therapy sessions. Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to understand your experiences, build coping tools, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe for you.

  • Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that seem connected to the past—overthinking, emotional overwhelm, shutdown, or feeling “not good enough.” EMDR therapy helps process distressing memories so they no longer feel as emotionally intense or disruptive in your daily life.

    This work may be helpful if you’ve experienced:

    • Childhood emotional neglect or unstable caregiving

    • Trauma or distressing life events

    • Difficulty feeling safe, grounded, or connected

    • Persistent self-doubt or emotional reactivity

    Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and manageable while helping your nervous system process what it has been holding onto.

  • Anxiety can show up as constant worry, racing thoughts, tension, irritability, or feeling like your mind never fully shuts off. It can also lead to avoidance, overthinking, and difficulty relaxing or being present.

    In therapy, we focus on:

    • Understanding your anxiety patterns and triggers

    • Calming the nervous system and reducing overwhelm

    • Building practical coping tools you can use daily

    • Increasing emotional regulation and self-trust

    The goal is not to eliminate anxiety completely, but to help it feel more manageable and less controlling.

  • Depression can feel like exhaustion, numbness, loss of motivation, disconnection, or feeling stuck in negative thoughts about yourself and your life. It can make even small tasks feel overwhelming.

    In therapy, we work on:

    • Identifying and gently shifting negative thought patterns

    • Reconnecting with motivation, meaning, and routine

    • Increasing emotional awareness and self-compassion

    • Building small, sustainable behavioral changes

    The focus is on helping you feel more engaged, supported, and connected again.

  • I accept select insurance plans and offer private pay options. A superbill may be available for out-of-network reimbursement depending on your plan.
